Under the full support and scientific coordination of the public security authorities, at 7:15 p.m., as the host gently declared, “Let light and shadow tell history; let technology embrace the future,” 1,000 drones ascended into the sky in succession. Like a spreading galaxy, they formed an orderly matrix, hovering steadily against the vast night backdrop. The entire audience held its breath, witnessing Huixian’s shining moment.

As the lights shifted and flowed, the golden words “Hometown of Gonggong · Enchanting Huixian” slowly blossomed in the sky, reflecting the city’s landmarks and igniting a deep sense of hometown pride among every citizen present.

Soon, a series of iconic city images unfolded across the night sky. The solemn Zilong Ding, bearing the weight of millennia, transcended time and space; the dignified Mengzhuang
Auditorium witnessed the pulse of changing eras; the shimmering waters of Baiquan Lake embodied Huixian’s poetic charm and elegance; the ancient cypresses of Baiyun Temple
stood as silent witnesses to a thousand years of history; the soaring eaves and intricate brackets of Wenchang Pavilion highlighted the city’s rich cultural heritage and enduring
literary tradition; the gray tiles and white walls of Huixian’s ancient villages carried the homesickness and memories of those who had traveled afar; and the majestic waterfall of
Baligou, like a heavenly river cascading down, displayed the grandeur and magnificence of Huixian’s mountains and rivers.

Originally scheduled for Lunar New Year’s Eve, the performance was postponed out of careful consideration for safety. To protect the anticipation and ensure a flawless event, the Huixian Public Security Bureau and Huixian Bureau of Commerce actively coordinated efforts. With strong support from the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Henan Yongchang successfully completed comprehensive safety assessments and systematic preparations, allowing the drones to take flight smoothly on the tenth day of the lunar new year. Meanwhile, police officers braved the cold winds and remained steadfast at their posts, ensuring the event’s safety and order with professionalism and dedication.
