To broaden students' horizons, provide firsthand experience of corporate culture, assist them in understanding career prospects, enhance their awareness of future career planning, and further strengthen university-enterprise collaboration while advancing developmental funding initiatives for talent cultivation, over 20 recent graduates majoring in chemical engineering and related fields from provincial institutions visited our company for an exchange on December 5.

Led by the company's guide, the students first visited the corporate history exhibition hall, where they gained a detailed understanding of the company’s development journey, current status, and future plans. They carefully observed the company’s main products, acquiring a preliminary understanding of its corporate culture and technological strengths.

Subsequently, Wan Shuanhong, Deputy General Manager of the company, guided the students on a tour of the production area, providing detailed explanations of key equipment and patiently addressing students' professional questions along the way.

Following the tour, a symposium was held. Guo Peidong, General Manager of the group, gave a comprehensive introduction covering the company’s overview, development prospects, industry trends, job requirements, and benefits. He patiently answered students’ questions, helping them enhance their awareness of career planning.
