On March 25, Henan Yongchang Nitro Fertilizer Co., Ltd. successfully held the "AI Empowers Enterprise Innovation" specialized training session at its South Taihang Bailuhe Base. The event featured an in-depth analysis of the application practices of the domestic large-scale model Deepseek by Dr. Chai Jian, an algorithm expert from the People's Liberation Army Information Engineering University. Over 50 representatives from the company's management and core business departments participated in the training.

Artificial intelligence is not a distant future technology but a practical tool currently transforming every industry. Using Deepseek as an example, Dr. Chai explained how domestic large-scale models have achieved breakthroughs in "high performance at low cost." As a benchmark product in the domestic AI field, Deepseek's training costs are only 5% of those of comparable international products, yet it has set an industry record by reaching 100 million users in just seven days.

 Regarding enterprise application scenarios, Dr. Chai focused on explaining the differentiated application strategies of the general model DeepSeek-V3 and the reasoning model DeepSeek-R1. He provided prompt templates for various situations and comprehensively demonstrated the usage techniques of Deepseek, from its implementation principles to strategic approaches.

In terms of enterprise innovation, Dr. Chai proposed a three-tier value transition concept: efficiency improvement, experience optimization, and innovation-driven development. For specific implementation, he emphasized starting from pain points, prioritizing scenarios with "high frequency, high cost, and high error rates"; conducting thorough economic calculations, focusing on the input-output ratio, and ensuring financial feasibility; and implementing step-by-step, starting with small-scale pilots and gradually expanding after accumulating experience.

During the interactive Q&A session, the atmosphere was lively. Participants actively raised questions about issues encountered while using AI tools like Deepseek, and Dr. Chai provided insightful responses to each.

They engaged in face-to-face discussions with department heads and employees from sales, production, finance, logistics, and other departments. Based on the factory's actual workflows and current conditions, Dr. Chai and the technical team offered suggestions from the perspective of AI large-scale models on how to better manage customers, improve work efficiency, and upgrade existing workflows, enabling AI tools like Deepseek to better serve the company's development. 

In his concluding remarks, General Manager Guo Peidong emphasized, "AI is not a replacement but a force multiplier for efficiency. All departments should actively explore the practical application of large-scale models in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization to infuse traditional manufacturing with new intelligent vitality." The company has now established a dedicated task force and plans to accumulate experience through pilot projects, steadily advancing the intelligent upgrade of production processes.
