Henan Yongchang operates a 270,000-ton nitric acid production unit, a 300,000-ton nitro compound fertilizer production line, a 100,000-ton industrial ammonium nitrate production line, and a 100,000-ton rotary drum granulation ternary compound fertilizer production line. Among these, the 270,000-ton nitric acid unit employs the world's most advanced dual-pressure production process technology. Through dedicated efforts, the company has also pioneered the use of electric motor drives in place of steam drives, making it the first dual-pressure nitric acid production facility in China to adopt electric motor drive technology. This system offers high automation, superior comprehensive heat utilization, low energy consumption, and minimal pollutant emissions. Compared to the high-tower granulation method, this advanced process produces uniform, high-strength, smooth, and rounded granules with low moisture content, minimal insoluble matter, and excellent usability and anti-caking properties, making it a preferred raw material for many domestic explosives manufacturers. The 100,000-ton ammonium nitrate phosphate production line also employs the melt drum fluidized bed granulation process. Its products are characterized by high granule strength, the flexibility to produce granules of varying sizes, low moisture content, high effective nutrient content, and smooth surfaces. They are highly favored by major domestic fertilizer producers as raw materials, offering advantages over ammonium nitrate phosphate products made via the high-tower process. As a nationally promoted new type of nitro compound fertilizer, it embodies greater advancement and efficiency. Additionally, the nitrogen source for the nitro compound fertilizers produced by our company is entirely supplied by our self-produced ammonium nitrate, ensuring sufficient nutrients, low moisture content, guaranteed nitrate nitrogen levels, and high absorption efficiency by crops.
