The first public announcement of clean production audit for Yongchang Chemical Co., Ltd. in Xinxiang City

In order to effectively improve the company's production and operation situation, enhance the company's economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and combine with the company's development needs, our company has started comprehensive clean production audit work since December 2017, and entrusted the Xinxiang Environmental Protection Science Design and Research Institute to provide technical guidance on the audit work.

In accordance with the requirements of the Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for Clean Production Audit, and the Implementation Rules for Clean Production Audit in Henan Province, we hereby publicly disclose the basic information and pollution discharge status of our company before the audit. We request all sectors of society to supervise the implementation of clean production audit by our company.

1、 Basic information of the enterprise

7. Main environmental protection facilities: wastewater and exhaust gas treatment facilities

2、 Pollutant discharge situation before audit

Wastewater: The main wastewater of Yongchang Company's main plant mainly includes gas washing wastewater, gas making condensate water, transformation condensate water, circulating cooling system drainage, pure water preparation "concentrated water", waste oil water separation wastewater, and employee domestic sewage. Among them, the wastewater from gas washing, gas making, and condensate transformation enters the gas washing water circulation system for treatment. The treatment process is "flocculation+horizontal flow sedimentation tank sedimentation". After treatment, the vast majority of the wastewater is reused in the gas washing tower, and a small amount of drainage is combined with the drainage from the circulation cooling system, pure water preparation for "concentrated water", waste oil water separation wastewater, and employee domestic sewage into the factory sewage treatment station for treatment. The treatment process of the sewage treatment station in the project plant area is "A/DAT-IAT+filtration", with a treatment capacity of 1200m3/d. The effluent from the IAT tank is further filtered by the filter to remove impurities, and then discharged into the North Drainage River through pipelines. According to the current monitoring report issued by Henan Greide Environmental Testing Co., Ltd., the total discharge concentration of pH, SS, cyanide, volatile phenols, petroleum, and sulfide in the factory area meets the standard limits in Table 2 of the Provincial Haihe River Basin Water Pollutant Discharge Standard (DB41/777-2013); The discharge concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus meet the water quality control objectives of the North Drainage River section (2017).

Waste gas: (1) Blowing air from gas production, ammonia synthesis release air, ammonia storage tank release gas: The waste gas has a high temperature and contains combustible components, and is collected and directed to a three waste mixed combustion boiler for incineration disposal. The NH3 emission rate from the boiler chimney meets the standard limit requirements in Table 2 of the "Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93). (2) The boiler flue gas is treated by the process of "SNCR denitrification+bag filter+sodium calcium dual alkali desulfurization". After treatment, the large emission concentrations of particulate matter, SO2, and NOX in the boiler flue gas meet the special emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in Table 3 of the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB12371-2014); The high emission concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons meets the recommended emission concentration of 80mg/m3 (for other industries) and the high emission rate meets the second level standard limit requirements in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) in the Notice on the Recommended Emission Values for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises in the Province (Yuhuan Campaign Office [2017] No. 162). After treatment, the flue gas is discharged through a 45m high chimney. (3) Tail gas from nitric acid absorption tower: The pollution factor of the tail gas from nitric acid absorption tower is NOx, and it is treated using selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process. The high emission concentration and emission rate of NOx meet the requirements of the second level standard limit in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996). After treatment, the waste gas is discharged through a 70m high exhaust pipe.
