In order to effectively improve the company's production and operation status, enhance the company's economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and combine with the company's development needs, our company has started a comprehensive clean production audit since October 2017, and entrusted the Xinxiang Environmental Protection Science Design and Research Institute to provide technical guidance on the audit work. As of the end of August 2018, the various plans generated in this round have been implemented and completed. In accordance with the requirements of the Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for Clean Production Audit, and the Henan Province Clean Production Audit Rules, our company's audit results and pollutant compliance after the audit are now publicly disclosed to the public. We request all sectors of society to supervise our company's implementation of clean production audits.

1、 Audit effectiveness

As of the end of August 2018, all 35 no low fee and 6 medium to high fee schemes have been implemented. The total investment for the implementation of 35 no/low cost schemes is 477000 yuan, with an annual economic benefit of 2.0402 million yuan. It saves 2.7585 million kWh/a of electricity, 28100 t/a of water, 198 t/a of coal, 224800 t/a of wastewater discharge reduction, 3.335 t/a of COD reduction, and 0.674 t/a of ammonia nitrogen reduction.

The total investment amount of the 6 medium/high cost schemes is 31.49 million yuan. Based on the current production situation, the annual economic benefits can be achieved by 21.301 million yuan, saving 70000 kWh/a of electricity, 6700 tons of steam, 10000 tons of coal, 79200 t/a of fresh water, 63400 t/a of wastewater discharge, 0.94 t/a of COD emission, 0.19 t/a of ammonia nitrogen emission, 11.8 t/a of particulate matter emission, 0.06 t/a of SO2 emission, 3.94 t/a of NOX emission, and 0.475 t/a of non-methane total hydrocarbon emission.

2、 Post audit pollution monitoring data

According to monitoring data, the high emission concentrations of particulate matter, SO2, and NOX from incineration flue gas can meet the special emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in Table 3 of the Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard (GB12371-2014); The NH3 emission rate meets the standard limit requirements in Table 2 of the Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants (GB14554-93); The high emission concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons meets the recommended emission concentration of 80mg/m3 (for other industries) and the high emission rate meets the second level standard limit requirements in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) in the Notice on the Recommended Emission Values for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises in the Province (Yuhuan Campaign Office [2017] No. 162). Wastewater can be discharged stably and meet standards. Meet the standard limit requirements in Table 1 of the Henan Province Synthetic Ammonia Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard (DB41/538-2017) and Table 2 of the Provincial Haihe River Basin Water Pollutant Discharge Standard (DB41/777-2013).
